You’ll need to commit to at least 1 day a week. Requirements include $2,000,000 in liability insurance, a damage deposit, a signed rental agreement, and a valid Food Handlers Certification.

Rates are $20-$25/hr, with a discount for booking more days!

To start the process, Public Health will also require information highlighting your business. An inspection and meet with the inspector is also expected before you start.

HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE IN A PROFESSIONAL KICTHEN? (Although we accept a lot of new food businesses into the space, we prefer those who have some professional kitchen experience. The organization of the kitchen, saftey and flow, and level of cleanliness is a reflection of everyone working together to meet their obligaton to keep it clean for each other.)
