Shipping Policy

Wooden Boat Food Company is dedicated to giving our customers a high-quality experience. We work to maintain the highest standards of food safety. 

However, once we have passed the package on to our shipping partners, there are a number of things outside of our control that can affect the quality of your experience.

Wooden Boat Food Company is unable to guarantee a time of delivery. Most of our shipping partners will deliver between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM. 

Shipping costs vary depending on order size and region. Shipping can range from $4.99-$10.99 on one-time orders. 

Wooden Boat Food Company is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.

Wooden Boat Food Company does not require a signature for the delivery of its packages. 

Please double check your shipping information has been entered correctly. Customers are responsible for ensuring the name, address, and all other required information are correct.
